My book on the blackpowder sharpshooter is finally out. Over 500 pages alone cover sharpshooting during the American Civil War. Pre-Civil War chapters discuss the French & Indian War, American Revolution and the other wars that preceded the Civil War. There is one post-Civil War chapter and the obligatory chapter on guns. Darn, it feels good to see it in print at long last. Link

If nothing else, at 3.56 pounds, it can be used as a doorstop.

I remember you talking excitedly about this project in your office. So many people start a dream project, so few complete. Congratulations!
