They will be premiering the full-length film at Wilson's Creek Saturday morning, 17 April, at 1030. I'm not sure if they will have any copies for sale at that time, but a quick call to their studio should answer your question.
I believe it will be "first come-first served." The Civil War Round Table of the Ozarks has this about it, on their website:
April 17 10:30 AM Presentation of the long version of "A Mean Fowt Fight", produced by Wide Awake Films, at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Visitor Center Auditorium. DVD's will be sold to the public following a short presentation by Wilson's Creek Battlefield Foundation and Wide Awake Films.
