New York State Military Museum question for you New Yorkers

I'm planning on sending a research question by mail asking for any info, pictures, etc. of equipment issued to the 77th NYSV to the museum in question. My question is- is there a fee in order to request this info? I've been to the website, I've tried calling to ask if there is a fee but there is only a pre-recorded message saying they can't answer any questions over the phone. So, would anyone happen to know? I'd like to take care of business as quick as possible without having to communicate with the museum over snail mail.
