Hello Luke, I am sure the NPS has a manual of arms for flintlock muskets. Do you know of such a manual? I would to love to know how the NPS trains the rangers and volunteers on the use of a military flintlock.

Contacting the NPS might be a better bet. Harpers Ferry NPS or one of the American Revolution battlefields would be a good start. Good luck!
