Fellas,
I'm planning on making a trip back home to the Atlanta Area in late June-early July. It's been quite a while since I've had a chance to do ANY type of event back in the States. I was wondering if anyone knows of ANYTHING going on in the Atlanta area, the Nashville area, Alabama, or near the Cumberland Gap, Tenn-Ky are.
I'd be interested in anything from a small living history, to tacticals, drills, etc. Events where I'd be able to participate with the home unit. Only interested in progressive/authentic type events. Not looking to do anything strictly mainstream. Can do Federal or Confederate.....even civilian.
I know there won't be too much going on with the heat, and with Manassas so close. And no, stretching my trip to do Manassas is not an option, though I'd love to. I have to make the trip when I can get time off from work. So we're looking at maybe the last weekend in June or the first 2 weekends in July.
Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated. Moderators please feel free to move this to another folder if need be.
