All,
The Army chose yesterday to unveil the Center of Military History's new Civil War Sesquicentennial commemoration webpage at:

The page includes published materiels, to include staff ride guides, research and archival materiel, art and photos. I'm sure it will evolve even more, but seems to be full of resources for public use.
