Lots of smoked meats including slabs of bacon, talked to the guy and told him what my plans were for the bacon and he said his bacon and other meats would do fine in the feild.
I picked up a 5 pound slab for $20 and change. Realy tasty stuff too - cooked up a peice this afteronnon to try.
