Has anyone been able to contact the Nalls at Cotton City Tailors? I have tried emails and by phone over the past week and no response.

Ms. Nall is fantastic!

Last I spoke with her (a couple of months ago), her family was having some big health issues. Also, she was about to become a new grandmommy so she may be taking care of that as well.

Patience might be the virtue...but rest assured that when I didn't reach her, a quick leaving of the name and number on the machine was returned within one business day.

I agree, although I never have met her personally she is a great lady to talk to. This is my second article purchased from her. That is why I was concerned when I couldn't get in touch with her, she is usually prompt on returning calls.

I talked with her over the summer a bit after my knee surgery and I really wish I would have had a more clear mind. One of these days I'm going to have to take the hour drive and go meet them and discuss uniforms and originals with them.

Like the others said, if they don't pick up, something is going on. Be patient, it will be worth the wait.

I certainly agree, I had the extreme fortune of looking for a new uniform several (5?) years ago right when Ms. Nall was just getting into the swing of manufacturing uniforms. I still wear the pants with my officer's uniform, and the jacket when I play private. It's dirty as hell, and has some inevitable wear in the inseam, but it's by and far the best uniform I have ever purchased. 5 years and I have never lost a button.....

Just recieved a reply to an email that I sent Mrs. Nall quite awhile back.
Without going into detail gents, she's been running hither and yon from one family crisis to the other and trying to take care of all of us at the same time.
She's with family now but should be back later this month. She's been a great help to me and countless others on and off this board, so don't worry, she will answer as soon as she gets a chance, and give you more conversation than you ever anticipated when she does. :wink_smil

I garantee the recieved goods will be well worth the wait.
