Need your help. Does anyone here on the Forum recognize this picture? I believe it was on an auciton site a while back and purchased by someone I do not know. Would love to use it in my new pamphlet on Cockades and Ribbons, but need permission first-- Proceeds for the sale go to the West Side Soldiers Aid Society for our Armed Forces overseas and at home.
