Check out google books for "The Story of a Thousands...a History of the 105th Ohio" by Tourgee. The image is in this book, but not sure if you can lift the image from this source.
I don't have it but it's on the cover of Benjamin Scribner's history of the 38th Indiana, "How Soldiers Were Made." If you google that, you'll find the image. Not sure about the resolution, but you'll find the image.
