Is the Haversack still in bussiness?

I placed an order with The Haversack about a week and a half ago. Since then their website www.thehaversack.com has been down and when I tried to email them at thehaversack@aol.com it got bounced back to me.

Does anyone know if they are still in bussiness? Or are they just having some computer problems?
