  • Pocket Watch Repair Help

Hello. I recently bought a 1876 Wales & McCulloch of London key wind watch. It turns out the nice gentleman who sold it to me misrepresented its ability to function, and sold me a watch with a broken mainspring. The local horologist said it could take him up to a year and $450 to fix it. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with and could recommend a good horologist who I could talk to, or would be able to help. Thank you very much.
