Mark, I actually have a reprint of Barnard's book from the 1970s. Pickett's Mill State Park now looks like the photos from New Hope Church.

Also, anyone who is interested in what Sherman's men wore/looked like before the March to the Sea need to look at the Atlanta fortification photos.
