Looking for GA Relief & Hospital Association stamp

I'm looking for a stamp, or at least a stencil, for the Georgia Relief & Hospital Association. Does anyone have a proper and correct stamp / stencil?

Or, at a minimum a good, high quality photo of this stamp with either a measurement or something in the photo to give scale to the stamp?

I had one made up years ago from an image sent to me. I can stamp a piece of paper for you and send it if you would like. I'm still in Afganistan, but will be home in the next couple weeks and can get it to you then if you haven't already found one.
