Am Ramada Rangering tonight so as to attend the Mt. pleasant, S.C. Civil War relic show tomorrow at the Shriners' building on Patriots' Point. Last year was a good show: finally acquired a Sharps M.1863 rifle. Come on if you're in range and sick of bowl games!

Just back home. Good show. Bought a spiffy GAR stickpin and an original company hat letter "F". It's a two-dayer for the first time. Next show of consequence of which I'm aware is the annual Dalton, Georgia show, 2 and 3 February. It's always been a worthwhile show.David FoxComment
