If you can get hold of a copy of NS Trader Civil War magazine there is an article on 7 unissued CS wood canteens found in the original shipping crate that was discovered in the 1960s in a warehouse in Washington Georgia. It shows the crate and the canteens. Well worth the price of the magazine just for the info on the crate.
