Anyone know what happened to Bob Sullivan?

I tried placing an order with Bob Sullivan last month, but I haven't heard back from him since. I was just wondering if he was still in business.

I've had good dealings with him in the past, but I placed an order a year ago this month, after several unanswered e-mails and several promises later it still hasn't shown up. I'm not trying to bash Bob here; he does great work. I just hope you end up with better luck than I did.

Had same experience a couple
years ago. Even spoke on phone. Got multiple promises. Finally gave up and moved on

About a year ago I ordered a few items from him and I actually had a pretty good experience dealing with him. It took about six weeks to get the items but it was worth the wait. I sent him an email about four weeks in and he replied within a day and even gave me a heads up to let me know that my items had shipped.

Please keep responses limiter to answering the question, rather than violating AC policy of not bashing vendors.
Business info, or updated contact information is encouraged. While it can be of benefit to Ac members to know or see that vendor (Approved or not) has gotten into business difficlties. It creates problems and potential legal issues for the AC, and rarely if ever, solves or resolves the issues between vendor and customer otehr than posting frustrations.

At any rate.. tis complicated.

I don't think anyone is sharing frustrations, just offering advice based on current experience. I would hope Bob is OK but it seems something is going on so perhaps it is smarter to go somewhere else for now until Bob advises on his current situation.

If you have updated contact information please provide that but posts outlining negative past experiences border on vendor bashing and we are not going to have any of that.
