Greetings, I am wondering if anyone know of a manufacturer of authentic looking sutler coins. I am talking about custom pieces made to my order. Thanks.

Re: Sutler Coins
There are a number of medallion services out there, producing everything from Mardi Gras coins to corporate commemoratives. Your challenge is locating your design to reproduce and having an event with numbers to support such a useage.
Here's one
I'm still carrying a little poke of sutler tokens from the Winter of 64 Event series. Along with a Corps badge somebody gave a laundress, it's a fine piece of memory.Terre Hood Biederman

Re: Sutler Coins
John and I made our own sutler chits based on an original I own. Before an
event started, one of us would play 'banker' and exchange modern money for
the tokens. We did the same with script too.Beth Crabb

Re: Sutler Coins
I remember using sutler coins with the AoP at TAG. Perhaps someone else who was in attendance and has a better memory than mine can chime in and provide you with the maker.Tyler Underwood

Re: Sutler Coins
Thanks pards. I found a token company that can do it, still in the exploratory stage though. Im not looking to make it 100% authentic to a particular sutler or Regiment, just an idea as a promotional item really.Ken Latham
