I currently portray a captain on the staff of Gen. Meade. Would such an officer have a field desk? If so, what sort of papers/books/etc. should I have for my desk and what things should I not?

If not, what papers/things should a general have in a field desk? Thanks, any help would be great!

If portraying an officer is your goal another goal as an officer you should have is to set the proper example, not doing even just the bare minimum of research on your own sets a bad example. The members of this forum will be more than willing to assist individuals in their research but they are not here to spoon feed you.

I also should not have to remind you that signing your posts with first and last name is one of the fundamental rules of this forum.
