    Watchdog Back Issue

    Not sure if this is the correct place. So feel free to move it mods. I'm looking for a back issue of The Watchdog. Looking for Vol 7 No 2, spring 1999. In particular an article on federal brogans. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

    I picked up a full set a couple years ago and will take a look. You looking for a detail or a copy of the article?
