I really wasn’t sure where to post this one. Moderator, feel free to move as you feel is appropriate.
In my never-ending quest to learn all things Tennessean, I came across a book called “Also for Glory Muster: The Story of the Pettigrew Trimble Charge at Gettysburg” by Don Ernsberger. A copy of page 326 is attached, with a picture captioned, “Company E 14th Tennessee.”
Also attached is a copy of my old unit taken in the late 90s in San Jose, CA (I’d love to tell you which one is me, but I’m not in it). Either these are the best reenactors ever, or something is wrong.
Admittedly, I’m looking at an incomplete copy in Google books, and I can’t find the photo credit for this picture at the end. I’m hoping someone with ready access to a complete copy of this book can tell me if there is a photo credit for this picture and, if so, what it reads.
