My Federal impression is 18th Wisconsin Co. B. I am wondering what Arsenal or where they received their accoutrements. Thanks ahead of time.

That will depend on what army and theater they are in and what period of the war you are talking about. They would not necessarily pull equipment from the same arsenal throughout the whole conflict.

Western Theater. Army of the Tennessee for everything but Army of West Tennessee for Corinth. Mid to Late War.

Paul D. Johnson's book Civil War Cartridge Boxes of the Union Infantryman is a great reference.

While it primarily focuses on boxes, it covers all kinds of different issuances of equipment and lists where these were issued from by arsenal.

Highly recommended.
