Comrades, wasn't sure where to put this, but Jared Casey, a member of our unit out here in Idaho, lost everything (including every particle of his impressions) in a house fire Sunday night. His family is safe, but they are homeless and destitute. Jared leads a mess within the Fort Boise Garrison Living History Association that is the 9th Missouri Battalion SS, but he is a really good Yankee too. Anyway, we are grateful to providence that he, wife and daughters are safe. Thanks for reading.

As a thought, perhaps people with surplus that match his impression can also donate gear, once he is in the position to begin replacing everything he lost.
