Should It Take This Long?

I ordered a roll of thread 2 weeks ago from Bristol Hollow. I still haven't seen that it shipped. Website says it's processing. Is this normal? I get a garment taking time, but to send out the thread? Two weeks? If I am not seeing the whole board, please let me know.

I made several inquiries about their fur felt hat availability not too long ago, and never got a reply. Previously they had been very prompt in their correspondence. It looks to me like they aren't active any longer.
