Happy Thanksgiving to all... it is, after all, related to the Civil War--thanks for the reminder from a friend on another list: Sarah Josepha Hale, editress of Godey's Lady's Magazine, was a big (nagging) part of getting Thanksgiving declared as a regular national holiday, rather than an occasional proclamation.Regards,
