          Congratulations, you get a cookie. Yep, Sam "Crusty" Elliott. He's a dead-ringer for Billings and, as you said, just needs some Grecian Formula or a wig to get the needed resemblance down pat.

            Sam Elliot for sure, but if he's not available, Jason Wickersty can work on growing the hair out. He'd be a passable double for the right price.

              I know this wasn't what you where looking for... But I think Ben Stiller bears a striking resemblance and it would be a great role for an actor-comedian like him.
