I've missed four from your list...for whatever that's worth. But have a few not on your list--mostly far western ones (Vicksburg etc., Lawrence, Glorietta Pass, Sand Creek, Patagonia, etc.).
    Quite a list though.

While this isn't a battlefield per se, more of a battle site, I've climbed Champion's Hill near Vicksburg. (If you are interested in photographs from that expedition, I'll be happy to share).

Re: How many Civil War Battlefields have you visited?

Good timing on this thread. I just got back from my 8-day excursion to VA, MD, and PA. So that helps in the list, but still not nearly enough, by far. But here goes.

            GA:
            Chickamauga
            Resaca
            Dallas
            New Hope Church
            Pickett's Mill
            Mud Creek
            Kolb Farm
            Latimer Farm
            Kennesaw Mountain
            Chatahoochee River Line
            Battle of Atlanta
            Jonesborough

            FL:
            Olustee

            TN:
            Lookout Mountain

            VA:
            Lexington
            Port Republic
            Cross Keys
            New Market
            Front Royal
            Winchester
            Chancellorsville
            Fredricksburg

            SC:
            Charleston

            MD:
            Sharpsburg

            PA:
            Gettysburg

I hope to get more western theater sites out of the way on my vacation next year. Either that or do the 145th Gettysburg.

About 75 I think, including Palmitto Ranch, Glorieta and Cherbourg, France (Alabama vs Kearsarge). Next year gonna knock out Missouri with Frank and the boys, finally.

                        None.

But I have visited fifty-some parks, reservations, sites, areas, and roadside markers over the years in IN, OH, PA, MD, VA, WVA, KY, and TN.
Still have many more in several states to visit yet before Taps.

About 75 I think, including Palmitto Ranch, Glorieta and Cherbourg, France
I seen Glorieta Pass this last weekend. Two monuments (one from Teaxs and one from Colorado) a house, all on a small piece of property with a highway going beside the small area. Glad I seen it, but kinda of disappointed.......O...by the way....I also stayed in a Holiday Inn Express.

But I have visited fifty-some parks, reservations, sites, areas, and roadside markers over the years in IN, OH, PA, MD, VA, WVA, KY, and TN.
Still have many more in several states to visit yet before Taps.

LOL! And let's not forget the unmarked fields.

I might be the only one here who has gone to Fort Stevens, but I bet more than a handful have driven over the ground disputed by Wright and Early, some of which lies under the Capital beltway. And I try not to even think of the shopping malls of Chantilly...
