I'm putting this in the Sinks because it's hardly a campaigner event, even though the buildng itself is nicely restored.
Independence Hall in Wheeling will host the usual festivities on Wednesday, including period speechmaking. This summer's "What's Cookin'?" display at Oglebay Mansion Museum, featuring how families purchased, prepared and consumed food in the 19th and early 20th centuries, will also be open.
