Moderator, please feel free to move this if I have posted it in an incorrect forum...Just wanted to say that at the urging of my unit's Captain, Terry Handy, I went out and purchased the reprint of "Si Klegg & His Pard" and am thoroughly enjoying it! In fact, I find it hard to put down. Anyone who has ever shouldered a musket in a reenacting unit will find this book every bit as addictive as the original Boys of '61 did. One of the best purchases for my personal library that I ever made...Just my 2 cents. Best regards, Tom

"I think and highly hope that this war will end this year, and Oh then what a happy time we will have. No need of writing then but we can talk and talk again, and my boy can talk to me and I will never tire of listening to him and he will want to go with me everywhere I go, and I will be certain to let him go if there is any possible chance."

Re: Si Klegg & His Pard
I have a copy on my shelf that I am going to be reading once I finish "Not War But Murder" By Ferguson.
After hearing so many people talk about the book as a must have I had my wife add it to her latest book order from Amazon.. so now I need to get to reading it..Greg Bullock
