Yep. Amen. Dead-on. I think we in the progressive side underestimate raw civilians that were pretty much handed a musket and a uniform and had to be trained/mustered-in. We work so hard to research and find-out what was really done and sometimes we don't understand that NOT knowing military protocols is -sometimes- as period as knowing your stuff very well.
I am curious to see the final product of that weekend too. Might be a force for good public relations for progressives... of which the authentic side of the hobby sorely needs.
