Johnny, the usual suspects had queered the ammunition thread to the point where this gangrenous mass had to be amputated to keep that useful thread alive. Now it shall be tossed into the pile of severed limbs, and locked. Such a pity. Just add ramming to the list of those horrible, horrible, horrible, aspects of the hobby such as minstrel shows, dropping knapsacks, cold weather, eating rats, and weapons security.
