Authentic Legends make a ton of these decorative framed displays, and they are all repro flags aged and antiqued to look old, but they themselves never try to pass them off as anything but a decorative reproduction.

Neither, its just a rectangular (not square) piece of cloth printed with a modern version of the CS battleflag, that has been stained and cut and framed...and sold through Goodwill Industries - you know, the Goodwill Store. The frame is probably worth what the bid starts at ($10.00).

Just look at the size. That will tell you if it's a real flag or not.
