Columbus Depot uniforms?

I want to get your opinions on the attached photo. I think what we're looking at here are Columbus Depot jackets, the blue trim is barely discernable, but its there. I think they're also wearing issue CD trousers, and even Columbus Depot kepis.

Its pretty rare to see the full Columbus Depot uniform, I'm curious to get your thoughts. I believe the photograph is taken in Tennessee.

If you look in EOG, those uniforms would be attributed to the 22nd Tennessee... When are you going to be starting the run on these kepis? I would like to get a baker's dozen or so.

They look like circa 1960's movie "uniforms" to me.

I believe this image is from a James Caan movie called "Journey to Shiloh" made back in the late 1960's?

Yes, that's correct.

It from the movie "Journey to Shiloh" which though farby has a lot of sentiment (seven Texas boys ride off to war, only one returns). It also has a lot of familiar faces, James Caan, Jan Michael Vincent, Harrison Ford, James Gammon, Noah Beery, Jr., and so on.

Love the scene in the movie when they are using torches to fire the artillery. Even Payne (my 11 year old son) picked up on that!!!
