    Gent's

I was curious if anyone had a image of a soldier with a "California" style holster" either a calveryman or officer. I know it was a popular style during the period but have always wondered if it was used in the military and if so how common.

    Thanks

Contact Don Smith of the Trans-Mississippi Depot. Co. He has several sources, and he even reproduces them.

On a side and quasi-related note, does any one have information on "California" Rifles: what they are, etc. Thanks.
