  • Bill Macintosh?

Does anyone happen to have contact for Bill Macintosh?

I seem to have misplaced the card he gave me a few years ago...

I am in search of a couple period Oyster/Clam knives, and am hoping that Bill Mac can find these, as he has a certain knack for finding those "hard-to-find" specialty items.

    Thanks,

    Paul B.

Paul, call Garrison Beall (after next Thursday if that fits your time frame), he has some from the period. PM me if you need his number. They can be made from stock or scrap metal and are very simple in design.

            Paul,

Garrison has some I'm sure you can have to copy or use. He has the metal 'cracker' style with both the long and short blades and several of the wooden handled knives similar to what is used today. He has stabbers, true Frenchmans, hammers and baskets as well.

There isn't a more knowledgeable person on this broad for this type of thing.
