    Don't know how many of you saw this article in the Wall Street Journal, but it feature's Garrett Silliman, lately of Atlanta. May not make the same splash that the Hogde article did two decades ago, but is certainly a better written piece for those living among the works of Atlanta. I salute you, Col Hippie.

    Hey Lindsey,

    Thanks for posting that. Yeah, it's interesting, the Wall Street Journal isn't exactly the go-to place for news about archaeology and preservation but as a result I hope a story like this reaches a different audience than may have followed these types of stories previously (read: one with money:o).

      But they did write about something we've known for years - our man Garrett is "a cross between a hippie and a Civil War colonel". That's journalism at its finest....
