Has anyone spoken to the superintendant about his view of this development? Maybe it's just me, but it seems that he was dissapointed that the first deal fell through, and now seems happy that it has been started up again.
In the newspaper articles I have read surrounding this issue, Superintendent Ted Hillmer hasn't been totally against this development...only he wants this development to be responsible and non-encroaching to the Park and associated CW sites.
When the Terrell Creek Plan was dropped the first time he said-
"This is a win-lose situation," said Hillmer. 'I'd rather have a win-win. ... I wish we could have worked something out for both the landowners and MPI.'"
