I just put the stamp on the envelope and our preservation donation is off in the mail. We still have some 16 shirts to sell which would take our total donation over $500. Didn't want to delay our initial payment any longer however.

We at the Authentic Campaigner website (http://www.authentic-campaigner.com/) have been holding a small preservation drive since September 2003 to benefit Civil War Preservation Trust and it’s various preservation projects.

We have raised $435.00 to date – please find our check enclosed #283 for $435.00 made out to Civil War Preservation Trust. We hope you’ll be able to find matching dollars for this donation.

We expect to raise a few more dollars before this project is officially finished and will send you other monies in a subsequent check.
