    My g-g-g Grandfather, Andrew Jackson Chitwood was drafted and assigned to Company D from September 19, 1864 to August 3, 1865.

    I, too, saw this article in the Star. Last night's Shelbyville News hinted at something more nefarious going on concerning the person who sold the flag to the bank but details were being withheld. The end result is still the same- an Indiana treasure is back where it needs to be.
