    "...And to Missouri we
    Extend both heart and hand
    And welcome her a sister
    Of our Confederate band
    Tho surrounded by oppression
    No one dare deter
Her adding to our Bonnie Blue Flag
Her bright and twelfth star! "

Lyrics, Bonnie Blue Flag, by Harry McCarthy, 1861.

      Thanks Warren!

Yeah Silas, it's Missouri, not Maryland, though the zip code would probably tip off the folks at the post office.

Thanks Silas, look forward to receiving the booklet.

I knew it was Missouri, but I'm certain that I wrote MD on the envelope. Even with my old eyes, the return address on the original envelope looks like an MD, not an MO.

Thankfully, I wrote the zip code in large numbers. I just looked at the receipt from the post office. The clerk prepared individual stamps for the envelopes which are keyed by the zip code. The receipt notes in bold type, "LEES SUMMIT MO 64086." So, I think you're good to go. Sorry for the slight terror I certainly caused. Please advise when it arrives.
