I recently was upbraided for having forwarded on a complaint about customer service to one of our vendors. Well as I see it, the only way these things get fixed is if I do forward them on.
If you don't want me to pass your info on, tell me that in your message - otherwise assume that I will.
I don't have a fond view of anonymous complaining anyway... hence the whole "sign your full name" rule.
