    Original Image for setup of image #4:

    Well I was able to find the image that I was looking for except its in Echoes of Glory page 39, I cannot find it on the internet anywhere. Its an image of unidentified Federals posed in camp with enfield rifles and attached bayonets. The image is owned by Don Troiani and the only place I can find it is in EOG/US. If anyone has any luck finding this image on the web could you please help post it. Thanks

      All were very nicely done, which made the choice all the much harder, but I went with #4, though number #2 gave it a great run for the money in my book.
      Both had a very period feel about them, but for me the look of the Federals ultimately won out.

        The tiny girl in #3 is captivating...a look not so "campaigner" but oh, so "authentic."

          Congratulations to Kaelin Vernon for his image submission. Thanks also to the three other excellent submissions. This is one of the closer votes that we have had.
