    Re: Pre-War/Early-War Firearms Poll

I have an ArmiSport 1842, an original Harpers Ferry 1842, a Navy Arms 1841Mississippi, and a James River Armory 1855 with working Maynard lock.

I also have an original cutdown 1863 Springfield, an original 1861 Tower, an ArmiSport 1853 Enfield, an ArmiSport 1861 Springfield, and a 1861 Enfield musketoon.

    For N-SSA, I have a trio of Parker-Hales: 1853, 1858, and 1861, plus a Navy Arms cavalry Smith carbine.

Couple of Colt 1860s, Remington 1858s and a 1862 Police too.

I have a beautiful 1832 precussion Hall rifle, a custom made double barrel Manton style flintlock shotgun, a brace of reproduction brass barreled Ketland type holster pistols and a brace of reproduction 1837 Paterson revolvers defarbed and reworked to more closely match the originals. I used to have a nice original 1842 Hall carbine stamped 1852(or maybe 1853? I can't remember) but I got hit with the stupid stick and sold it to a museum with a living history staff!

I don't have nearly as many as I want or need (at least that's what I say when the wife is around), but I have my '53 Enfield, a 1795 Springfield percussion conversion, a Short-Land Brown bess flinter, and a flint KY/TN-Southern Mountain style rifle.

Say Todd, where did you get all those neat sounding firearms? I seem to remember a couple of those laying around here...But all I have is that bosco LACo 1861 you did for me out of a Parker-Hale.

              I have a 1855 rifled Musket

I did get rid of my 1841 Mississippi for a P1859 sharps carbine, but am trying to trade a 1853 Enfield for another one.

                Re: Pre-War/Early-War Firearms Poll

I have an ArmiSport '42 Springfield smoothbore. One of my all time favorites aesthetically and also one of my favorites to live fire. There is nothing better than buck and ball!!

I also have a Zimmerman defarbed 1855 Harpers Ferry rifle.

And a Loyalist Arms 1858 Lorenz rifle.

Now, if you want to go into pre-war non-military rifles and guns I have a bunch. Hawken .54, Indian Trade gun .75 smoothbore flintlock, .62 cal smooth rifle flintlock, and other various flintlock rifles from .36 up to .45 cal. I also love my cap and ball collection of revolvers. In my collection are a (all Ubertis unless otherwise stated) Walker, 2nd Model Dragoon, Remington NMA .44 and NMN .36, a 2nd Gen Colt Army .44, Pietta Colt Army .44, 1851 Navy .36, 1861 London Navy .36 and another '61 Navy .36 Civillian.
