My personal Preference is early war CS cavalry . I like doing Guerilla stuff as well. We also do Fed and Cs cavalry covering all from early to late war but as a rule I like early war best.
I prefer to do Army of Northern Virginia, Peninsula to Appomattox, and Army of the Potomac Peninsula to Wilderness. I still have to fine tune my late war AOP. I guess one day I'll try some Western armies. The more I read about them, the more interested I'm becoming.

I would have to go with, early war, 2nd Rhodes Island, mainly because it is the most comfortable of all the uniforms, and I like the look of it. We always do early war at our own encampment, but rarely is it historically acurate for many others, so 90% of the time we do mid to late war.
