New forum software

Obviously the upgrade to the new forum software was a bigger issue than I had planned for. I've got some rebuilding to do around here. Bear with me please and sorry about the outage.

Followup: Got some other issues fixed - now I need to get the front page up and going again.

The front page is basically up and going. The monthly cover contest is on hold for the month of March.

I'll be working on getting the Links database up and going here over the weekend. Some other features like the chatroom, vbarmy, etc may come in time.
