Im all for the USM Harpers Ferry photo for several reasons.
First off, Great look and good prewar impression.
Second, I've always felt that the Naval Service is grossly under represented in the hobby.
Furthermore, I am a descendant of Pvt. Luke Quinn, who was the only marine killed at the action. Family legend goes that upon the engine house door being broken, Quinn was shot in the back of the head by John Brown himself while ducking in through the breech in the door.

Here is an image of myself, taken by Doug Harding of St. Louis. This image, pose, and the equipment that I'm wearing (or not wearing) is all based upon lots and lots of original images of Illinois soldiers, which is what I'm portraying in this image. If you notice, I have switched my leathers around to wear on the wrong side, along with holding my rifle on the wrong side, so that it will appear to be on the right side in the image. This was noticed by Doug Harding in the original images of ILL soldiers that I sent to him before our photo shoot, so I replicated this trick for my image. I'm also attaching original images of IL soldiers in this same pose.

Alrighty - that gives us our 10 images. Thanks for the submissions - we'll get to work on narrowing this list down.
