  • The AC goes to Wickett!

Great news for the AC userbase, vendors and event coordinators - John Wickett will be taking over as lead administrator for the AC!

After many discussions with Justin Runyon, Matt Woodburn and myself - we feel strongly that John is the right person for the job. As you know, John's very active in the authentic wing of the hobby and he has a vision for where he'd like to see the AC go.

I'll be working closely with John over the next few weeks to teach him some of the "tricks of the trade" as far as running the backend of the site. I'm sure there will be changes to how things are done around here. I'll continue to lend a hand if John needs help in a jam ... I'm sure Matt and Justin will do the same, but it will be John calling the shots.

Good luck John! Under your leadership, I hope the AC can become a premiere resource for authentic living historians again.

Huzzah! I am here to support you, John. I've had a crappy year so far, but I will be coming back out of hiding soon enough to help. ;)

      Wick.

I'm not sure if I should slap you on the back, or on top of the head.
      Regardless....good luck John.
