Just for information - there seems to be a browser requirement for the news ticker to work. I cannot see it in Mozilla on Windows, or Mozilla or Netscape 4.7 on UNIX (Sparc Solaris). It works just fine in IE on Windows, though, and those are the only combinations I've tested. Just thought I'd mention it, since my vote was "What News Ticker?"...Andrew Willenbring

Fayetteville Petition News Ticker
Is there another way to access the Fayetteville online petition? Clicking on the ticker produced the following message:
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
