    I hear ya, Herb, and all. Just wondering if there were anyone looking for fresh ideas. I agree it's important to just DO the 'hard things' and get the ideas churning by having some footwork already put in. I'm looking forward to some opportunities to be some quietly important part of such future endeavors.

      Brent,

      I hear what you are saying on a convention. There are several authentic civilian conventions every few years. Why do we not have the same for the armies?
