    Vote For the October Cover of the AC

    Greetings AC Members!

    It is time to vote for the October Cover of The Authentic Campaigner! Below are the three images that made the final cut out of the ten originally submitted. Vote for the image that you think looks the closest to an original. More importantly, let us know why you think the image you voted for is most-deserving. This poll will be open for five days.

          I love the content in #1 and #3, but #2 wins because it looks like it came right from an estate.

            SEPTEMBER 16th-- "IT WAS SOMETHING DEMON-LIKE, A SCENE FROM AN INFERNO. THEY WERE SILENT AS GHOSTS, RUTHLESS AND RUSHING IN THEIR SPEED, RAGGED, EARTH-COLORED, DISHEVELED, AND DEVILISH. THE SHUFFLE OF THEIR BADLY SHOD FEET ON THE HARD SURFACE OF THE PIKE WAS SO RAPID AS TO BE CONTINUOUS, LIKE THE HISS OF A GREAT SERPENT. THE SPECTRAL, GHOSTLY PICTURE WILL NEVER BE ERASED FROM MY MEMORY." CAPTAIN EDWARD HASTINGS RIPLEY.

              Congratulations to Kip Gray for his winning image - "Crossing the Potomac" by Dave S. Wilson. As always, we had some fantastic photos this month. Thanks so much to everyone who submitted an image and participated. Great stuff!
